Qualifications and Experience Requirements a. Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. b. At least 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management with 5 years of heading the HR Function of a corporate/Public Sector Organization. c. SHRM certification or any other recognized HR certification from some internationally /locally recognized accreditation body would be highly preferred. Age & Physical Requirements • A pleasant personality with not more than 50 years of age and good physical fitness level.
